    I recently baught four major kitchen appliances from sears home ( worth 7000 $).A Samsung french door fridge was one of them ,sears was supposed to send their technician on the day of the delivery to take the fridge doors off and put them back after it crosses my entrance door ,the fridge arrived with no technician an had to go back! a second delivery was scheduled and sears was confident that the delivery employee is capable of taking the doors off and putting them back ! the fridge was left inassembled in my kitchen , I called sears and they send somebody that knows nothing about this kind of fridges as he's not a sears technician !!.I think it's just the way sears stands behind their products and the costumers should be aware of their poor service before they purchase their appliances .
